Viton® ETP - Viton Extreme O-Rings
Highly Fluorinated Fluoroelastomers
Viton® ETP O-Rings also known as Viton® Extreme O-Rings provide significantly improved chemical resistance compared to standard Viton® A type fluoroelastomers. Viton® ETP is so chemically resistant it can be considered a cost-effective Kalrez® alternative for some applications with temperatures below 400°F. Viton® Extreme can also be considered as an alternative to other perfluoroelastomers like Chemraz®, Perlast®, Isolast®, Parofluor®, Markez®.
Trade Names: Viton® ETP, Viton® Extreme, Chemtemp®, Hifluor®, CV75
ASTM D1418 Designation: None
ASTM D2000/SAE J200 Type, Class: HK
Temperature Range: -6° to 437°F ( -21° to 225°C)
