Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are included in order totals and must be paid for at the time of purchase unless shipping collect using an existing shipping account. All orders with prepaid shipping are shipped via FedEx. Orders shipping collect may be shipped via FedEx or UPS based on your shipping account.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM US Eastern time to qualify for same day shipping.  Lead times are good faith best estimates. Faster lead times are often possible, please contact us for options. Lead times represent business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Freight Incoterm: FCA shipping point. Product is the buyer's responsibility once in transit. Collect shipping charges on customer carrier UPS, FedEx or DHL accounts apply unless shipping is specifically quoted otherwise. Sea shipments can take up to 12 weeks, or as quoted, and are subject to tariff surcharges in effect at time of U.S. port arrival.


Products not meeting general purpose rubber standards or supplied in error are fully refundable within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must have an authorized RMA. Product returned without an RMA will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense if the claim is determined to be invalid.

Standard stocked items are only cancellable and refundable with written authorization within 180 days; restocking fees may apply. Non-stocked and custom items are neither cancellable or refundable without prior written approval and restocking fees apply.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and including all documentation for traceability. Lot or batch numbered products must be kept isolated from other lots or batches. Mixing multiple lots or batches will make a product ineligible for return.
