UNIVOLT NO. 35 MINERAL OIL Resistant O-Rings and Seals
UNIVOLT NO. 35 MINERAL OIL is also known as mineral oil, paraffin oil, and white oil. This chemical is commonly used as a lubricant and coolant in a variety of industries including automotive, industrial, and manufacturing. It is also used as a component in cosmetics, adhesives, and food additives.
When rubber is exposed to UNIVOLT NO. 35 MINERAL OIL, common types of failure include swelling, softening, discoloration, and cracking. These issues can be caused by the mineral oil's ability to absorb into the rubber material and cause it to expand and become brittle.
