TEXAMATIC A 1581 FLUID is a petroleum-based, low-viscosity lubricant and coolant used in metalworking and machining operations. It is also known as cutting fluid, machining fluid, metalworking fluid, and coolant fluid. It is commonly used to cool and lubricate metal parts during machining and drilling operations, as well as to reduce friction and wear during metal forming and cutting processes.
When rubber is exposed to TEXAMATIC A 1581 FLUID, the rubber can become softened and/or swollen. This softening can cause the rubber to lose its shape, which can lead to cracking or tearing. Additionally, the rubber can become brittle and break or crack under stress or pressure. Long-term exposure to the fluid can lead to the rubber becoming discolored and brittle, and the rubber can become permanently damaged.
