TEXACO UNI0TEMP GREASE Resistant O-Rings and Seals
TEXACO UNI0TEMP GREASE is a multi-purpose, high temperature grease that is used in automotive and industrial applications. It is a blend of synthetic hydrocarbons, lubricants, and other additives that provide superior protection and performance in high temperature environments. Common uses of this grease include lubrication of bearings, gears, and other moving parts, as well as providing protection against wear and corrosion.
When rubber is exposed to TEXACO UNI0TEMP GREASE, the rubber can become brittle, swell, and/or crack. This breakdown can be especially damaging when the rubber is used in seals, gaskets, hoses, and other components that must remain intact and withstand high temperatures. Other common failures from exposure to this grease include discoloration, loss of elasticity, and hardening of the rubber.
