When exposed to rubber, potassium copper cyanide can cause a variety of types of failures. The most common type of failure is a chemical degradation of the rubber, which can lead to cracking, tearing, or discoloration. Additionally, this chemical can cause swelling or hardening of the rubber, which can lead to a decrease in flexibility and strength.
