MOBILITH SHC Series is a range of high-performance lubricants that are designed for extreme temperatures and extreme pressures. It is a synthetic lubricant that is commonly used in the automotive, industrial and marine industries. Common names for MOBILITH SHC Series include MOBILITH SHC 150, MOBILITH SHC 460, MOBILITH SHC PM 460, and MOBILITH SHC PM 220.
When rubber is exposed to MOBILITH SHC Series, it can experience a number of common types of failures. These include swelling, embrittlement, cracking, and breakdown of the rubber material. In some cases, the rubber can become brittle and break after exposure to the lubricant, leading to complete failure of the rubber seal. Additionally, the lubricant can cause the rubber material to become soft and lose its elasticity and strength over time, leading to a complete loss of function. In extreme cases, the rubber can become permanently distorted from exposure to the lubricant and not function properly.
