MOBILGEAR SHC ISO SERIES Resistant O-Rings and Seals
MOBILGEAR SHC ISO Series is a type of synthetic gear oil. It is also known as ISO VG 460 and is commonly used for extreme pressure lubrication and cooling of industrial gear systems. Common types of failure when rubber is exposed to MOBILGEAR SHC ISO Series include swelling, discoloration, cracking, and a decrease in elasticity. The oil can also weaken the rubber’s structure, leading to a decrease in its durability. Additionally, the rubber may become brittle, leading to further failure.
