MOBILGAS WA200 ATF is a type of automatic transmission fluid. It is also known as Dexron IIE, Dexron III/Mercon, and Mercon V. Common uses for this type of fluid include lubricating and cooling the transmission, helping to shift gears smoothly, and preventing corrosion. Common types of failure when rubber is exposed to MOBILGAS WA200 ATF include swelling, discoloration, cracking, and loss of elasticity. The fluid can also weaken the rubber’s structure, leading to a decrease in its durability. Additionally, the rubber may become brittle, leading to further failure.
