MIL-H-013910 is also known as Hydrazine. It is a powerful reducing agent and is often used as a fuel for spacecraft and rockets. It is also used in the production of fertilizers, dyes, and pharmaceuticals.
When rubber is exposed to hydrazine, it can become brittle and crack, as well as lose its flexibility and strength. Hydrazine can also corrode the rubber, reducing the rubber's adhesive properties and causing the rubber to become discolored. In addition, the rubber can suffer from abrasion and become brittle over time.
