Chloro 10Nitro Ethane is also known as Chloro Ethane and is often used as a solvent in the oil and gas industry, as well as in the production of coatings, paints, and adhesives. When rubber is exposed to Chloro 10Nitro Ethane, it can cause it to swell, become brittle, or crack due to the chemical's highly corrosive properties. The chemical can also corrode rubber, leading to seals failing or becoming weakened. Additionally, the chemical can cause rubber to become discolored or stained if it is not properly protected.
