Aero Shell 7A Grease is a synthetic-based, multi-purpose lubricant and anti-corrosion agent, also known as a polyalphaolefin (PAO) grease. It is commonly used in aviation, automotive, and industrial sectors to provide protection against wear and corrosion, and to lubricate moving parts.
When rubber is exposed to Aero Shell 7A Grease, it may swell, dry out, crack, or become brittle. In some cases, the rubber may even dissolve if exposed to the grease for an extended period of time. Additionally, some rubber compounds, such as nitrile rubber, may be more susceptible to damage from Aero Shell 7A Grease than other types of rubber. To minimize the risk of rubber damage, it is important to select a rubber material that is compatible with Aero Shell 7A Grease and to use the correct amount of grease when lubricating parts.
