AERO LUBRIPLATE is a synthetic lubricant used for reducing friction in industrial applications. It is also used as a fluid for air compressors, lubricating industrial machinery, and providing lubrication for rubber seals.
When exposed to AERO LUBRIPLATE, rubber can experience a hardening of the material, leading to a loss of flexibility and elasticity. This can cause the rubber to crack and tear, resulting in a loss of functionality or complete failure. In addition, over time the rubber can become brittle, reducing its overall durability and leading to degradation of the material.
Viton ® o-rings from Marco Rubber offer excellent compatibility with a range of chemicals, oils and resist high temperatures up to 400F. Viton ® is also known as FKM made of fluoroelastomer one of the most versatile and widely used sealing materials.
