O-Rings & Seals for Industrial Applications

O-Rings Designed for the Unique Challenge of the Industrial Industry.

Seals for Industrial Challenges

Industrial sealing applications present unique challenges for o-rings. From wide temperature ranges to chemical exposures to high-pressure environments, industrial applications often face a little bit of everything.

For a wide range of challenges, we offer a wide range of solutions. We are Marco Rubber, a trusted sealing solution provider since 1980. We come alongside industrial organizations to find the right sealing solution for their application. With over 3,000 materials on hand and nearly endless SKUs, we readily have solutions for numerous applications.

If we don't already have an SKU to meet your needs, we offer customized solutions, as well. With proprietary materials like our Markez®, we can develop solutions quickly and often without tooling fees.

Whether you need a low-cost, disposable option or a customized, high-quality solution designed to go the distance, we can help.

Markez® Next Generation FFKM Perfluoroelastomer

An Advanced Material For Chemically Resistant, High Pressure & High Temperature O-Rings.

Markez® FFKM delivers similar performance to major FFKM brands, with temperature resistance up to 625 °F, at a significantly lower cost.

Custom O-Rings for the Industrial Sector

You can try a standard o-ring in complex applications, but it is often the more expensive, time-consuming route. For these applications, we recommend going straight to the custom seal route. When you work with Marco, though, we will first exhaust any available SKU before we start customizing to ultimately save you time and money.

When a custom solution is the best option, our team will get to work. We offer custom transfer, injection, and compression molding in any material or profile on the market. Our team of experts offers rapid problem-solving for cost-effective custom solutions, often with no additional tooling costs. The goal is to get you a long-lasting solution that reduces downtime, improves efficiency, and helps your bottom line.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, we pride ourselves on our quality management system. For standard and custom o-rings, products only leave our doors if they live up to our standards.

The information on this page is to the best of our knowledge accurate and reliable. However, Marco Rubber makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that parts manufactured from this material will perform satisfactorily in the customer's application. It's the customer's responsibility to evaluate parts prior to use.

The temperature ranges presented on this page are approximations for dry air service only and should not be used to determine design specifications or end-use temperature limits. Actual temperature range of a compound in an end-use application is highly dependent on part type, hardware configuration, applied forces, chemical media, pressure and thermal cycling effects, and other factors. The most practical way of determining an end-use temperature range is testing in the actual application conditions. Consult a Marco Engineer for more details.
