Previously, he held senior leadership positions with BorgWarner as General Manager of the North America Aftermarket business, and with Delphi Automotive, where he led the EMEA Aftermarket business. Earlier in his career, Smith also held various Sales, Marketing and Engineering leadership roles within ABB, Thomas &amp; Betts, Cooper Industries and Panduit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI am honored to join the Marco team and build on the strong foundation of innovation, technical expertise and customer service,\u201d said Chad Smith, CEO of Marco.
